GORONTALO MUNICIPALITY — The Head of BPS-Statistics Bone Bolango Regency, Agus Saefulah, SST, M.Si, attended the Evaluation Meeting on the Implementation of Food Aid Distribution for the July through September 2026 Allocation, organized by the State-Owned Enterprise (Perum) Bulog on Friday, October 2, 2026.

The strategic event, which took place at the Hulontalo Ballroom in Gorontalo Municipality, was also attended by the Head of BPS-Statistics Gorontalo Province, Agus Sudibyo, M.Stat, along with leaders of relevant technical Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPDs) within the Gorontalo Provincial Government and the leadership of Perum Bulog. Perum Bulog organized this evaluation meeting to assess the effectiveness, accuracy of targeting, and smooth distribution of food aid allocated during July–September 2026. This forum also served as a platform to strengthen cross-sectoral coordination in maintaining supply stability in the Gorontalo region, particularly in Bone Bolango Regency. The presence of BPS leadership at this event underscores the BPS’s commitment to continuing to foster institutional relationships and support inter-agency data synergy, especially regarding strategic social protection and poverty alleviation programs.

“Accurate and up-to-date data is crucial to ensure that food aid interventions truly reach those in need. BPS is ready to continue collaborating with Perum Bulog and relevant local government agencies to ensure the sustainability of programs addressing food insecurity and controlling inflation in the regions,” said Agus Saefulah during an interview on the sidelines of the event. Through this evaluation meeting, it is hoped that Perum Bulog, together with relevant technical agencies, can formulate improvement measures to ensure that food assistance programs in the next period run more effectively and reach the intended recipients.
